I had class again last night and it lasted all the way until 8:30, so I was plenty hungry when I got home. It smelled like hamburger or something had been cooking when I walked in the door, so imagine my surprise when Leah said it was grilled halibut! It was suprisingly good, and I'm not much of a fan of fish. She got a recipe for Grilled Salmon with Sherry Vinegar-Honey Glaze and Spicy Tomato Relish from foodnetwork.com and just used halibut instead. Apparently, it took a while to make dinner, and she even used to BBQ to grill the fish, but I think it was worth it. She also made mushroom risotto (from a box) and steamed snow peas tossed with toasted sesame seeds. It was a very good dinner, and nice to come home to after a long, long day. Oh, and she also even got me dessert! Slim-Fast Frozen Chocolate Fudge Bars, which are really good and creamy.
