This week has not been the greatest for creativity in the food department. Lat night, we stopped on the way home to get Skippers for Pop. We were right by the grocery store, but didn't feel like shopping (or having to think about what to get), so we just went home and made something up. I ended up making burritos. I heated up some non-fat chile and lime refried beans, spread it on a couple of flour tortillas and then melted some mozzarella/cheddar cheese mix that I sprinkled on top. I added chopped tomatoes and fat-free sour cream. Let's just say it was not very satisfying and we were still hungry afterwards. So we rooted around in the fridge and freezer and found some Amy's Organic Cheeze Pizza Toaster Pops and each had one. Still not too satisfying, but better. Leah started to feel sick to her stomach, though, and went to lay down for a while. Meanwhile, I got bored and had a frozen Slim-Fast bar for dessert.
